Join Our New LinkedIn Group?

On Monday morning, on a whim, I started a new LinkedIn group for MBAs and other high-growth professionals. I am amazed at how fast it has grown! Perhaps I’m not the only one who is curious about how my peers are facing mid-career and leadership challenges. If you’d like to, please join us.

    I remember being amazed at our five-year class reunion (Debra and I were classmates at MIT Sloan) that so many people were already on their third or fourth job (many precipitated by the tech bubble which had just burst).

    I had worked for the same company for five years at that time but since have had a number of transitions–some chosen due to geography and wanting a new path and some unplanned due to the recent business downturn.

    Would enjoy exchanging ideas with others in career transitions.
